These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TON 2048 Master: Mega Drop ("the Game", "the Service"), available at www.tonmaster.cc and as a Telegram Mini App via @TON2048Master_bot. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/EEA) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
TON 2048 Master is a browser-based puzzle game. Players slide tiles on a 4×4 grid to merge matching numbers, aiming to create a tile with the value 2048 or higher. The game operates in infinite mode: the game continues after achieving 2048, and players earn in-game Shards each time a 2048 tile is formed.
3.1 Shards
Shards are in-game virtual currency earned by merging 2048 tiles, watching rewarded advertisements, and completing referral milestones. Shards have no intrinsic monetary value outside the game and cannot be transferred between accounts.
3.2 TON Balance
Shards may be converted ("Refined") into a TON balance within the game at the rate displayed in-app. This TON balance represents a claim that may be withdrawn to a TON blockchain wallet, subject to:
3.3 No Guaranteed Income
We do not guarantee any specific rate of Shard or TON accumulation, nor a specific exchange rate between Shards and TON. TON cryptocurrency prices are volatile and determined by external market forces beyond our control. The game is entertainment software, not a financial product or investment vehicle.
3.4 Referral Program
Users may earn 100 Shards per successfully referred friend. A referral is validated when the invited friend completes their first Refine action. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
The Service displays third-party advertisements, including rewarded video ads served by Adsgram and display ads served by Google AdSense. Watching certain ads may unlock in-game actions (Refine, Undo, Revive). By using the Service, you consent to the display of advertising as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Any claims or disputes regarding third-party ads should be directed to the respective advertiser.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of accumulated rewards, and/or legal action.
The TON 2048 Master name, logo, game design, code, and all associated content are owned by or licensed to us. The underlying 2048 game mechanic was originally created by Gabriele Cirulli and is used under open-source license.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use only.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT TON WITHDRAWALS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN ANY PARTICULAR TIME FRAME.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE EQUIVALENT OF 10 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TON 2048 Master and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including economy parameters (Shard rates, conversion ratios, withdrawal limits, fees), game mechanics, and advertising arrangements.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Telegram, the TON Blockchain, Vercel, Adsgram, and Google AdSense. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
